Over the years, education has been a source of sustainable development in many countries world. Unfortunately, even though it is potent weapon for measuring country's development, suffered setbacks resulting poor quality education. Quality Education significant prerequisite developing every one United Nations' goals. According to Nations, child entitled and accessible equipped with skills useful their future development. For enjoy regarding Nations Sustainable Development Goals, technology necessary. Technology helped solve problems, making life-learning processes enjoyable exciting learn. The adoption comes advantages embedded improving communication research. However, some challenges have affected easy access learning, which led low participation educational activities. This study embraces Modernization theory, talks about description explanation transformation from simple traditional society more complex modern all spheres life.
